“The Crack-Up”

A hardened drug dealer is woken up in a playground by a ten year old girl. He has severe amnesia. The girl takes advantage of this by pretending she is his mother and taking him home. He is none the wiser, until a rival drug gang recognises him at soccer practice and tries to kill him. The girl protects him only to realise that she loves him like a real son. The following day the adoption is formalised at city hall.
